Xdebug 3.4.1 is out!

This is a bug fix release that addresses a crash when Xdebug accesses superglobals for checking whether it needs to activate.

From this version, Xdebug should also be installable with PIE on Windows.

The source code can be found on the downloads page, and as usual, Xdebug is installable through PECL and PIE, and is also available as package for most Linux distributions.
